If you hold a;
- Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa or a
- Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) (subclass 494) visa.
You can transition to a Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191) permanent residence visa in Australia (if you meet the eligible requirements attached to your 491 or 494 visa) and there is no minimum income requirement to do so.
Primary applicants must provide notices of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for the previous three income years out of the five years of their eligible visa.
